Poem : Live in the flow of your desired state of being. There’s a difference between living and being. Amidst all the chaos a flower stands without a clue. Grounded in being what it was designed to. Bless It. Energy : This week has been a polarizing week on so many levels. There are a lot of things pulling at your emotions, while doing your best to just make it through another day—blessed to be healthy and moving in a direction of divine momentum. I have a conflicting relationship with social media that I am still working on. It has become a true reflection of the spectrum of energies that exist in this world. And sometimes, you are strong enough to manage its overwhelming exposure, and other times, you are not. If you are in a vulnerable state, it can take a toll on you if you don’t know how to be disciplined about its very attractive addiction. I can’t be mad at it because we show how much we want and need it every second of every day that we engage with it. So, it’s only performing the way we want it to perform. When I was walking Mister, I stopped to take this picture of a flower and show it some love. As I was taking in its beauty and energy, I realized: this flower has no idea what’s going on in the human world right now. It’s serving its purpose as the flower it was planted to be. Just as I am stopping my puppy Mister from being in “petty mode” and handling his business on the front lawn of one of his rivals, I realized that Mister is in the same boat as the flower. He processes the world through the energy of his environment. Like a parent with their child, I wanted to keep my energy aligned to preserve Mister’s innocence during our brief time together. I thanked the flower for blessing the front yard, then headed to the park to let Mister play and burn off his petty energy. Afterward, I took off my socks and shoes for a much-needed grounding session. I am sending you big love and energy as we begin this week. Remember, the power to shape your experiences lies within you. Explore the momentum of your intuition, hold onto your vision, and see every challenge as an opportunity for growth. Your resilience and authenticity are your greatest tools—use them to light your path and inspire those around you. Continued blessings to you and your loved ones!
