Poem : In quiet moments, where thoughts gently swell, A dialogue with oneself begins to dwell. Perspective for the week: I wonder if we all plant seeds not just in the soil, but in the conversations we have with ourselves. Do we water them with hope, or do we let doubts wilt our potential? What if we stop looking for the right moment? Because, honestly, the right moment is often the one we create. Sometimes, life is less about waiting for the perfect bloom and more about showing up - being ready to grow where we’re planted. And maybe, the most beautiful flowers come from the courage to be vulnerable and the willingness to embrace the mess, the messiness of growth, of change, of becoming. Sending energy to your week and to your individual being! I have a childhood friend that is fighting for his life after going into cardiac arrest a couple of days ago that his community and loved ones are praying for him to pull through and be blessed with divine restoration. Which is a constant reminder to not take for granted every moment that you are blessed to be in divine health and momentum.
